Floating luxury vinyl plank or glue-down engineered flooring.

Not sure which one? Ben brings samples of both and recommends one based on your space, your budget and how you use the room.

Wide-plank floor through an open great room and kitchen

Floating LVP

Luxury vinyl plank. Water-resistant and durable, the planks click together and float over the subfloor, so the install is quicker with less prep. Popular for kitchens, living areas and busy households with kids and pets.

Herringbone wood floor in a primary suite

Glue-down engineered

A real-wood top layer glued to the subfloor, so it looks and feels like solid hardwood and sounds solid underfoot. It needs a flat, prepped subfloor, which Ben checks when he measures. Best for the look of real hardwood, including patterns like herringbone.

Great floors start under the surface.

A floor is only as good as what’s under it. Our flooring crew preps the subfloor before a single board goes down, so your new floor stays flat, solid and quiet long after install day.

  • Prep. The subfloor is cleared and checked, and the adhesive is spread before any board goes down.
  • Layout. Boards are set to a straight line so the pattern stays true across the whole room.
  • Finish. Edges and transitions are fitted, and the room is left clean.

The flooring came out great. Ben helped us pick something that looked like real wood without going crazy on the budget. The crew did a nice job and cleaned everything up when they were finished.

We had a really good experience working with Ben. We originally contacted him about flooring and ended up doing a larger update to the kitchen as well. He helped us narrow down the materials and the final combination looks great. The house feels so much more updated now. We would definitely call him again for another project.

We hired RUZ for flooring and some cabinet work in our home. The finished floors look awesome and the cabinets came out better than we expected. Ben stayed involved throughout the project and was quick to respond when we had questions. Good experience overall.

Questions homeowners ask Ben.

Is the in-home estimate really free?

Yes, completely free. Ben comes to your home, measures, brings samples and gives you a written price. No charge, no obligation, and no pressure to decide on the spot.

LVP or engineered wood: which is right for my home?

Ben brings samples of both to your estimate. Floating LVP is water-resistant, durable and quick to install. Glue-down engineered wood has a real-wood top layer and feels solid underfoot. Ben recommends one based on your rooms, your budget and how you live.

Are new floors good with kids and pets?

Yes, with the right floor and finish. Floating LVP stands up to claws, spills and toys and cleans up with a mop. A matte or wire-brushed finish hides everyday wear on either floor. Tell Ben about your household and he will point you to the best fit.

How fast can Ben come out?

Usually faster than you expect. Send the form or call (602) 833-5440. Ben calls you personally as soon as possible, or first thing the next morning if you reach out after hours, and sets a visit time that works for you.

How do I get an exact price for my project?

Book the free in-home estimate. Every home is different, so Ben prices from real measurements, not guesses. You get a written price for your exact project, and nothing is added later without your OK.

Do you offer financing?

Yes, we offer financing. Ask Ben about your options at your free estimate. There is no obligation, and you see your written price first so you can plan with real numbers.

What warranty do I get?

Two warranties, plus Ben’s direct number. A 2-year installation warranty on the work and a product warranty of up to 30 years on the products. You always talk to Ben, the owner.
