These terms apply to your use of ruzremodeling.com and its landing pages (the “site”) and to text messages from Ruz Remodeling LLC (“Ruz Remodeling,” “we,” “us”). By using the site or opting in to our texts, you agree to these terms.
Text message program
Program name: Ruz Remodeling Text Messages.
The program is designed to ensure optimal customer support and to respond to service-related inquiries. It is operated by Ruz Remodeling LLC, 5804 W Desperado Way, Phoenix, AZ 85083. It is for U.S. mobile phone numbers only.
What we send. Ruz Remodeling sends project and appointment text messages only: confirmation of your estimate request, estimate scheduling and reminders, and updates about your project. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.
How you opt in. You opt in through the optional text-message box on our free estimate request form (which you may untick), or through the chat window on our website by entering your mobile number and accepting the text-message notice shown there. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency varies based on your project and requests, and you will only receive messages related to your own request or project. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.
How to opt out. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to (602) 833-5440. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. You can also reply STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further texts after that unless you opt in again.
How to opt back in. If you stopped texts and want them again, text START to (602) 833-5440 or tick the text-message box on our form or accept the text-message notice in our chat window again.
How to get help. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance. You can also call (602) 833-5440 or email [email protected].
Carriers (such as AT&T, T-Mobile and Verizon) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to your carrier and mobile coverage.
Age. By using this service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. If you are under 18 years old, you may not use or access our services or opt into our messaging program. By opting in, you also represent that you are the account holder of the mobile number you provide, or have the account holder’s permission to use it.
Sharing. We do not share mobile information or text messaging opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Chat window
Our chat window may use an automated assistant to answer common questions. It cannot give you a price, a discount or a start date. Only a written estimate or contract from Ruz Remodeling is binding. Please do not type payment card numbers, bank details, government ID numbers or passwords into the chat.
Estimates and offers
Information on the site, including prices, photos and offers, is general and may change. An in-home estimate is a written price for your specific project and does not commit you to anything. Work begins only after you approve a written proposal or contract, which sets out the final scope, price and terms.
Using the site
You agree to use the site lawfully and to give accurate information when you chat, call or text us. Photos, text and other content on the site belong to Ruz Remodeling or are used with permission and may not be copied without our written consent.
Limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is.” To the extent allowed by law, Ruz Remodeling is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our text messages. Nothing in these terms limits any warranty stated in your written contract.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
Changes
If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top of this page.
