This policy explains how Ruz Remodeling LLC (“Ruz Remodeling,” “we,” “us”) collects and uses information when you visit ruzremodeling.com or its landing pages, send us a form, call or text us.

Information we collect

What you send us: your name, phone number, email address, project ZIP code, the service you are interested in, your timeline, and a description of your project, including what you enter in our free estimate request form, what you type in our chat window, and anything you tell us when you call or text.
Your text-message consent record: if you opt in to texts through our estimate form or chat window, we keep a record of your mobile number and of the date, time and notice you accepted, so we can show that you agreed.
How you use the site: basic technical information such as your browser, device, pages visited and the ad or link that brought you here. This is collected with cookies and similar tools (for example the Meta Pixel and website analytics).

How we use it

To answer your questions in the chat window and to contact you about your project by phone or email (and by text message only if you opted in through our estimate form or chat window), and to schedule and prepare your free estimate.
To send your written estimate, appointment reminders and follow-ups about your project.
To understand which pages and ads work, and to improve the website and our advertising.

Text messages (SMS)

You can opt in to project and appointment texts (confirmation of your estimate request, estimate scheduling, appointment reminders and project updates) through the optional text-message box on our free estimate request form (which you may untick), or through the chat window on our website by entering your mobile number and accepting the text-message notice shown there. We send these transactional messages only. We do not send marketing or promotional texts, and we do not text anyone who has not opted in through the form or the chat window. Message frequency varies. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Who we share information with

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do not provide your information to anyone for their own marketing, and we never share your mobile phone number or text-message consent with advertising or analytics partners. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, for example our customer management and messaging platform (GoHighLevel), our website host, and advertising and analytics tools such as Meta. They may use it only to provide services to us. We may also share information if required by law.

Chat window

Our chat window may use an automated assistant to answer common questions. Ben or a member of our team follows up on your request. Chat messages are stored in our customer management platform (GoHighLevel). Please do not type payment card numbers, bank details, government ID numbers or passwords into the chat.

Cookies and advertising

We use cookies and similar tools to measure visits and to show our ads to people who may be interested in them. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can manage ad preferences in your Facebook and Instagram settings.

How we protect it

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information, including SSL encryption on form submissions. Access is limited to the people and service providers who need it to handle your project. No method of sending or storing information online is completely secure, but we work to keep yours safe.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as we need it to respond to you, complete your project, keep business records and meet legal requirements.

Your choices

Children

This website is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes
